Ever have one of those days where you just do NOT want to cook. Ya, I hear ya. It happens to the best of us. That’s why I wanted to share this quick, easy 10 minute dinner. Enjoy!
1 box Presidents Choice Cateli Gluten Free Linguini
4 Tbsp Splendido Basil Pesto
1/4 Cup Diced Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cup Spinach
1/4 tsp Salt
Pepper to taste
1. Boil salted water in a medium pot
2. A dd linguini and let cook for 7 minutes
3. Strain and mix in basil pesto
4. Garnish with fried spinach, salt and pepper
5. Dig in!
